Orange County Chocolate Fountain uses the highest quality chocolate fountain brand, Sephra Premium Belgian Chocolate. Sephra Belgian chocolate fountain chocolate is pure couverture chocolate, imported directly from Belgium. It is our richest and most luxurious fountain chocolate, with the sumptuous European taste prized by connoisseurs. Sephra Belgian chocolate fountain chocolate is available in Dark (62.5% cocoa solids) and Milk varieties, and is perfect for use in any chocolate fountain, baking and confections.

DOES ORANGE COUNTY CHOCOLATE FOUNTAINS USE REAL CHOCOLATE?
Yes! We use only the finest, highest-quality chocolate in our fountains. It is specially-formulated to flow perfectly through the fountain when heated to the proper temperature.
IS THE CHOCOLATE HOT?
The chocolate is warm, but not hot. You can dip an item in the fountain and safely enjoy it immediately without allowing it to cool.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN CHOCOLATE FOR USE IN THE FOUNTAIN?
ORANGE COUNTY CHOCOLATE FOUNTAINS must always provide the chocolate that is used in our fountains. Our unique chocolate is formulated to flow perfectly over our fountain. Any other type of chocolate would have to be mixed with oil, which would affect the flavor. It is also possible that other types of chocolate could permanently damage our fountain.
WHAT IS DONE WITH THE LEFT-OVER CHOCOLATE WHEN THE EVENT IS DONE?
We're happy to leave behind any left-over chocolate at the end of an event. What a wonderful way to send home a small "memento" for you or your guests to enjoy later with a special dessert! For health and safety reasons, be assured we use only use fresh, clean chocolate for every event.
CAN MY CATERER PROVIDE THE FOOD FOR DIPPING?
If you already have a caterer for your event or if your venue has in-house catering, they can provide all of the food for dipping. We will work with them to identify a list of appropriate dipping items. There is a place in our Rental Agreement to indicate that you would like your caterer to provide dipping items and we even design our fees accordingly.
WHAT ARE THE TABLE AND ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FOUNTAINS?
Since the ORANGE COUNTY CHOCOLATE FOUNTAINS weigh up to 100 lbs. when full, a level, sturdy table is a must. If it is not level, the chocolate will not flow properly. A 5-foot round or 6-foot rectangular table works best because it allows more guests to use the fountain simultaneously. Your event location should provide two table linens that will coordinate with your color scheme. The fountains require a 120 volt grounded electrical outlet within 15 feet of the set-up location.
CAN THE ORANGE COUNTY CHOCOLATE FOUNTAINS BE USED OUTDOORS?
We STRONGLY encourage indoor use only. Outside air temperature has a big impact on the flow and consistency of the chocolate, as well as the running temperature of the fountain itself. In addition, even a slight breeze will blow the chocolate outside of the fountain and onto everything around it (including your guests!) Finally, flying critters tend to be very attracted to the chocolate's sweet aroma. We apologize, but ORANGE COUNTY CHOCOLATE FOUNTAINS reserves the right to turn off the chocolate flow in adverse outdoor conditions.
